Superior Ford is seeking dependable and motivated Quick Lane Lube Technicians for an entry-level role in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment. This opportunity is suited to candidates with basic automotive knowledge who want hands-on experience and opportunities to learn and advance their careers. Technicians perform routine vehicle maintenance and light repairs, inspect customer vehicles, and support dealership operations while providing professional customer service and following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Basic automotive knowledge and some hands-on experience in a professional setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be over 21 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Team-player attitude and willingness to fix it right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on customer vehicles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with shuttle driving and porter duties.
• Complete light building maintenance tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate vehicle service status.
• Participate in ongoing training to keep up with evolving automotive technology.
• Demonstrate professionalism and superior customer service.
• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
