About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services. No experience is required; paid training is provided. The role suits someone who enjoys working with cars, is self-motivated, willing to learn, and brings a positive attitude. Requirements

• No prior experience is required; the company provides training.
• Be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely beneath cars.
• Be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Be over 18 years old, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
