About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light maintenance services while delivering excellent customer service. No prior experience is required; the company provides training. Team members may change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, add air to tires, perform coolant exchanges, and complete other light maintenance tasks. The role offers base pay and commissions, with earnings up to $15 per hour. The company provides paid training and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.
• Must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
