About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member. No previous experience is required; paid training is provided to teach team members oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services. The role includes working with customers and maintaining a clean, stocked shop. Requirements

• Be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to safely position yourself under cars.
• Be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Be over 18 years of age, except in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming, where applicants may be over 16.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory on the floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
