About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a full-time Oil Change Team Member to join its crew. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided to prepare team members to change oil, replace wiper blades and air filters, fill tires, and perform other light maintenance services. The role offers base pay plus commissions, with pay of up to $15 per hour, and opportunities to advance into leadership positions. Flexible schedules are available, and eligible employees can access earned wages early through myFlexPay.

Requirements

• No experience required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years of age, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
