About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to provide oil changes and other light vehicle maintenance services. No prior experience is required; the company provides training. The role is suited to someone who is friendly, self-motivated, willing to learn, hardworking, and positive. Pay is up to $15 per hour, including base pay and commissions. Requirements

• No previous experience is required; must be willing to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow, 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, and twist for extended periods, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning.
• Must be willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions when necessary.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop.
• Must be over 18 years old, or over 16 in Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, and Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
