About The Position

Take 5 Oil Change is hiring a part-time Oil Change Team Member to join its shop crew. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid training to teach team members oil changes, wiper blade and air filter replacement, tire inflation, and other light maintenance services. Requirements

• No prior experience is required; willingness to learn, work hard, and bring a positive attitude is expected.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3-foot-deep pit to position safely under cars.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning for extended periods.
• Willing to work in hot or cold weather conditions if necessary.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

Responsibilities

• Drain motor oil and change oil filters.
• Wash windshields and adjust tire pressure.
• Inspect and top off fluids.
• Perform coolant exchanges.
• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
