Offshore Manufacturing Business Analyst
About The Position
FabScenes is a startup making wall mounted diorama art that tell stories. We are starting a small workshop to manufacture wall mounted art but have not yet selected a country to invest in. We are seeking a business/legal analyst to conduct a search of the financial and legal environments in several prospective countries. This will include researching and understanding tax rates such as import, export, and payroll, standard business costs like rent and shipping, and setting up appointments with lawyers to get a sense of how much bureaucracy and paperwork are involved at different junctures.
Requirements
- Ability to think creatively about what legal/business problems could arise in offshore manufacturing before they arise in reality.
- Overall positive demeanor.
- Honest and trustworthy.

- A degree in business is appreciated.
- Experience with setting up new businesses.
- Basic understanding of law is a bonus.
