This role involves analyzing engineering and business data processing problems, developing new business processes, and implementing solutions for complex applications. The analyst will support stakeholders in preparing return-on-investment analyses and business cases, assess existing application systems, and provide ongoing assistance to manufacturing application users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting program and system malfunctions, updating configurations to improve workflow, and collaborating with developers on end-user testing. The role also involves consulting with business stakeholders to optimize processes and technologies, coordinating support escalations, and interfacing with auditors during SOX audits. The analyst will ensure adherence to Information Systems Helpdesk Service Level Agreements, research solutions, develop functional specifications, and create training documentation. They will use computer analysis for medium-sized projects, communicate project status, and recommend business process changes based on manufacturing solutions and best practices. The position also includes assisting users with data reporting methods. Travel to various worksites in the US is required at least once per quarter.
