Stranger Soccer is the leading platform for football and futsal in Singapore and is expanding internationally through a license partner model, with presence in Australia, India, USA, UAE, and South Africa. The Official Game Host role involves serving as a game facilitator and brand ambassador, ensuring users have a positive experience from arrival to departure. The company is seeking individuals with great people skills for this position.
Requirements
- FUN outgoing personality
- Understanding of and passion for soccer
- Excellent people and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Responsibilities
- Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games
- Facilitate numerous soccer games around Orlando.
- Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish
- Be ready to step in and play, to cover for any no show players or Hosts
- Report issues back to Operations Management
