Work alongside the Applications Department at a long-established compressor distribution company specializing in dependable equipment and systems for compressed air, gas, process gas, and hydraulic applications, supporting daily organization and office operations.

Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (100% drug-free workplace)

Responsibilities

• Draft and update internal procedures to improve organization and consistency
• Manage order processing and email communication using ERP system (NetSuite)
• Maintain accurate records and data entry across multiple systems
• Develop and organize spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff
