SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Long-Term Opportunity Occasional overtime, evening, holiday, or weekend shifts may be required. INDUSTRY: Technology THE ROLE In this role, you will support high-volume administrative and document-processing functions. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a production-oriented environment, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a clerical, administrative, data entry, or office support role.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Employment offers are contingent upon completing a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic records.
  • Organize, sort, and prepare paperwork for processing.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Research and resolve routine administrative issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and productivity goals are met.
  • Complete additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
