About The Position

Provides clerical support to department by completing assignments including but not limited to processing mail, data entry, faxing, filing, preparing mailings, maintaining inventory levels, scanning/imaging and copying.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Basic reading, writing, spelling and speaking proficiency required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or two years of full-time college credits preferred.
  • Some clerical skills/background preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receipt and processing of all departmental incoming mail, emails and faxes.
  • Filing and retrieval of departmental correspondence.
  • Copying material for department.
  • Preparing various mailings.
  • Sort and prep all membership documents for back-end scanning/imaging.
  • Data entry.
  • Maintaining departmental inventory/stock.
  • Other duties as assigned.
