About The Position

Meneses Law is an Immigration Law Firm seeking an Office Supervisor to join our growing team. The Office Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and organized work environment, directly supporting internal teams and ensuring the smooth execution of office functions. This position requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead by example while working collaboratively with staff at all levels.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant data tools.
  • Excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.
  • English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring workflows and office tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supervise front office staff, including assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, and support as needed.
  • Ensure office supplies and resources are maintained and ordered in a timely manner.
  • Enforce and uphold internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Support the Assistant Office Manager and Office Manager in implementing operational goals and departmental initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the office environment.
  • Help coordinate internal meetings, team events, and firm-wide initiatives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries related to office operations or administrative needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality with all firm-related and employee information.
  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
