About The Position

Process all sales orders through bay mapping and pallet configuration to provide the warehouse with product orders to load. Process next day’s delivery in conjunction with loading to route delivery vehicles efficiently.

Requirements

  • Equivalent of high school diploma or G.E.D and 2 years dispatching experience; OR 4 years dispatching experience.
  • Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Experience with confidential files, documents and other information.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Office equipment including, but not limited to, computer, phone, fax machine, copier and calculator.
  • MS Office including Word and Excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or some college level coursework.
  • Related training or certification.

Responsibilities

  • Process all bottle and can sales orders into a usable format for warehousing loading operations.
  • Route all bulk and conventional sales vehicles in an efficient manner throughout the territories.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
