AD Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Dispatch Manager to lead our front-office operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced HVAC environment, has strong leadership skills, and can keep technicians, schedules, and customers running efficiently. Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of dispatch and customer service management experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry
  • REQUIRED: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceTitan
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate office staff in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to professionally handle customer concerns
  • Experience managing technician scheduling and operational workflows
  • Positive attitude, leadership mindset, and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

  • Manage Daily Dispatch Operations: Coordinate technician schedules, optimize routes, and ensure efficient dispatching for service calls and installations.
  • Lead the Customer Service Team: Supervise and support CSRs and dispatch staff while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing office culture.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is professional, responsive, and aligned with the AD Air Conditioning standard.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan Efficiently: Manage scheduling, memberships, call booking, technician tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization within ServiceTitan.
  • Improve Efficiency & Performance: Track KPIs, technician utilization, call conversion rates, and response times to improve operational performance and profitability.
  • Support Company Growth: Help develop systems, processes, and communication strategies to support the company's continued growth.
