Responsibilities
- Assist patients as needed.
- Review and follow up on unpaid insurance claims.
- Process mail daily.
- Work with insurance carriers and Baptist Primary Care Centers.
- Check patients in and out.
- Assist with referrals as needed.
- Scan documents.
- Handle patient registration, post charges and payments, and follow telephone protocols.
