This position serves as the primary receptionist for the Oregon Department of Forestry, located at the agency Headquarters in the Administration Building (Bldg. C). This position is the first point of public contact for the Department. We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys working with people, brings positivity to the work environment and engages well with the public. This position supports other programs within administration to perform clerical duties, including but not limited to use of MS office, copy machines, printers, fax machines and other office equipment.

Requirements

  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents; OR An associate degree in any field; OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to operate MS Office, copy machines, printers, fax machines and other office equipment.
