Responsibilities

Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer and direct incoming phone calls using the community telephone and paging system
Assist visitors and ensure all guests sign in and out appropriately
Take accurate messages and respond to inquiries promptly
Schedule resident transportation for medical appointments
Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies
Notify the Supervisor in Charge (SIC) of resident bell calls as needed
Provide administrative support to help ensure smooth daily operations
