About The Position

This position is accountable for the daily operations of a single-person site. The role involves performing contracted office services including, but not limited to: Copy Services, Courier Services, Managed Print Services, Hospitality Services, Imaging Services, and Mail Services. The specialist will operate office equipment, handle customer interactions, implement service excellence programs, and achieve profitability objectives. Responsibilities may also include creating work orders, monitoring contractors, conducting inspections, reporting facility issues, interacting with vendors and building occupants, managing office supplies, coordinating conference rooms and A/V equipment, and collecting data for reports.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
  • 1+ years of customer-facing work experience required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
  • Operates office equipment such as PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, and mail equipment.
  • May be responsible for courier services, reception services, switchboard operations, shipping and receiving, and delivering and processing mail.
  • Handles formal customer interactions on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for the effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellence programs.
  • Understands how to operate required equipment and software efficiently to achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Achieves profitability objectives by effectively utilizing company materials and supplies.
  • May maintain daily routine functions including creating and completing work orders, contractor monitoring, inspections, reporting facility-related issues, and providing support as needed.
  • May interact with contracted vendors, facility management, and building occupants.
  • May be responsible for office supply inventory and reordering.
  • May be responsible for conference room coordination and A/V equipment resource management.
  • Maintains positive internal working relationships through professional communication.
  • Collects and provides data to assigned leadership and customers.
  • May complete monthly customer reports with leadership support.
  • Ensures financial responsibilities are met.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
