About The Position

As an Office Services Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely assembly of policy products that are distributed to sales representatives, clients and internal customers, nationwide. The policy products are to be completed within established time guidelines, set standards and within state regulations. Strong attention to detail is key when determining required documents, and identifying and correcting errors to ensure quality products are produced. In addition to your role, you will also provide back-up assistance to other Office Services positions, as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to pass and maintain the Pallet Jack/Forklift Certification Course (provided by Federated).
  • Minimum of one year work experience in a stockroom, warehouse, supply chain, customer service role or related positions with knowledge of inventory management program software or similar software.
  • Strong computer knowledge.
  • An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personnel information.
  • Withstand repetitive wrist/hand movement including regular computer work.
  • Bend and stoop.
  • Lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Push and/or pull items weighing up to 500 pounds with an electric or manual pallet jack.
  • Extend arms above shoulders to reach items.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Not seeking sponsorship for employment visa status, such as an H1-B visa.
  • Not a student or recent graduate with J-1 or F-1 visas or similar temporary work authorization.
