This Office Services Coordinator position is a 3+ month contract with potential for permanent employment. The role supports daily operations, implementations, expansions, and administration of all Managed Services Accounts within an assigned operational area. It involves undertaking all customer support tasks in external customer/client facilities, requiring a broad knowledge of Ricoh Service Excellence Methodology and the Ricoh portfolio of offered solutions. The coordinator delivers operational support by assisting MS leadership, supplementing onsite personnel at various customer locations, and performing a wide range of duties requiring a versatile skill set and adaptability to varying industries. The role also requires supporting various locations for reasons such as vacation, absences, training, and implementations throughout the assigned operational area.
