About The Position

We are seeking an Office Services Coordinator to provide vital administrative support to a large team or department. This role will require a hands-on approach to managing office operations and supporting office staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in basic computer functions.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the front desk and ensure all visitors are logged in with security.
  • Manage visitors coming into the office and provide excellent customer service.
  • Walk the office space regularly to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Set up meeting rooms for various events and meetings.
  • Handle parking validation for visitors and staff.
  • Manage the invoice system and assist in processing invoices.
  • Order supplies, coffee, and maintain stock levels.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.
