As an Office Services Associate – Print at Opensity Solutions, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of print production, reprographics services, and document management operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality print production, efficient workflow management, and excellent client service within a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and committed to delivering accurate, timely, and professional print and reprographics support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of print, reprographics, or office services experience preferred
  • Experience operating printers, copiers, and related office equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift materials throughout the workday
  • Ability to handle print materials and operate office equipment safely
  • Frequent use of hands and fine motor skills for equipment operation and document handling

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain digital printers, copiers, and wide-format printing equipment to fulfill daily print requests
  • Prioritize print jobs based on deadlines and urgency while maintaining workflow efficiency
  • Monitor print quality and adjust settings as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot minor print issues including paper jams, image distortions, and formatting concerns
  • Support copying, scanning, binding, finishing, and other reprographics services
  • Manage reprographics queues and provide timely updates regarding project status
  • Maintain organized workflows to ensure service level expectations are met
  • Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy, formatting, and presentation standards
  • Review proofs with clients and implement adjustments when necessary
  • Ensure all completed projects meet client expectations and quality standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing client requests and expectations
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding timelines and project updates
  • Collaborate with office services and workplace teams to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Monitor inventory levels for paper, toner, ink, and print-related supplies
  • Coordinate supply orders to prevent shortages and minimize downtime
  • Assist with vendor communication and supply management as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of print requests, materials used, and associated costs
  • Assist with reporting related to print volume, equipment usage, and operational tracking
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to strengthen operational knowledge and technical skills
