About The Position

The Office Assistant at HKC Rockland County supports the Director of Camp Services (DCS) in managing camp operations, assisting Aquatics staff, and executing staff activities. This role serves as the administrative foundation for the office, ensuring smooth operations while the DCS is in the field. The Office Assistant also plays a key role in creating a positive and welcoming office environment for staff and visitors. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, comfort with learning new software, attention to detail, ability to handle diverse personalities, and independent work capabilities.
