The Office Services Associate will be responsible for utilizing appropriate logs for all office services work, ensuring job tickets are properly filled out, and performing tasks in reprographics, mail, and intake functions according to established procedures. They will also communicate with supervisors or clients on job or deadline issues, meet contracted deadlines, troubleshoot basic equipment problems, and perform Quality Assurance. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, prioritize workflow, and interact with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically. Adherence to company and client site policies, and cost-efficient use of equipment and supplies are also expected.
