The Office Services Assistant is an integral member of the Office Services team, serving as the main front-desk point of contact for the Saddle Brook NJ office. The Assistant provides a professional, welcoming presence that ensures every visitor, employee, and client interaction reflects the firm’s standards. The Office Services Assistant delivers broad administrative support including, but not limited to, managing mail and vendor coordination, overseeing meeting and catering logistics, managing procurement, and assisting with new-hire onboarding. This role requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate should be able to resolve issues efficiently and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.
