Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years’ experience working in a professional office setting.
Ability to change and adapt to current and future responsibilities and circumstances.
Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships.
Significant attention to detail is a must.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in our Minneapolis office 5 days per week is required.

Responsibilities

Log and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, deliveries, and faxes. Weigh mail and affix appropriate postage. Package outbound shipments efficiently and economically to ensure safe delivery.
Complete assigned copying, scanning, printing, and binding projects.
Ensure supply stations are clean, stocked, and organized.
Prepare and test video conferencing equipment and set up refreshments in advance of meetings. Promptly break down equipment and clean rooms after meetings.
Assist with file room services, inventory, and other business needs as they arise.
Assist with conference room meal and snack set-ups.
Ensure kitchens supplies are stocked, and the rooms clean and tidy.
Provide front desk coverage for breaks, days off, etc. as needed.
