This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys delivering high-level client service across office services, hospitality, mail, and print operations.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client needs, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships
  • Respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and service needs with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including signage and shared spaces
  • Assist with developing and maintaining operational procedures and service standards
  • Backup to receptionist
  • Deliver exceptional, white-glove customer service to clients and guests
  • Support a welcoming office environment through space inspections and quality checks
  • Assist with hoteling and workspace coordination, including room reservations and setup
  • Provide back-up reception support as needed
  • Assist with office moves, meeting room setups, and space coordination
  • Support light maintenance tasks (e.g., basic repairs, fixture upkeep)
  • Ensure cleanliness, restocking of supplies, and adherence to office standards
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately
  • Process outgoing mail, including certified and registered shipments
  • Perform scheduled internal mail runs and operate postage equipment
  • Set up and maintain meeting rooms to ensure readiness and professionalism
  • Perform print and reprographics tasks, including copying, binding, hole punching, and quality checks
  • Maintain logs and ensure proper handling of print requests and materials
