About The Position

As the face of the business, the receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and performing a variety of other tasks to ensure that their company runs smoothly. The receptionist will also provide administrative support as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Greet people entering offices, answer questions and direct visitors to the appropriate people.
  • Answer, screen and forward all telephone calls received.
  • Administer all mail, courier deliveries and faxes.
  • Schedule and maintain all shared meeting rooms.
  • Order and maintain all office supplies.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as word processing, compiling, and recording data, maintaining files.
  • Maintain departmental contact information.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and vehicle rentals as requested.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
