About The Position

The Office Receptionist is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks that support our Office to ensure they have the necessary resources to perform their jobs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual – English and Spanish
  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience in an office setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and problem solve

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls, transferring callers as appropriate
  • Greeting customers and visitors to the office
  • Assist with general accounting inquiries
  • Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, order taking, etc.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages
  • May serve as cashier and handle cash and payments
  • Coordinate and schedule shipping & receiving appointments and meetings
  • Scanning, filing, and organizing records, invoices, and other important documentation
  • Manage & maintain leads list
  • Help organize and maintain office common areas
  • Other duties as requested
