About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to provide high‑level administrative and support to our Central Iowa office. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience in office coordination, project administration, or construction‑related support roles, along with strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills. This individual carries a steady, professional presence and approaches their work with a collaborative, team‑focused mindset.

Requirements

  • An associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in office coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with project or document management systems.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion.
  • Collaborative, professional approach to cross-functional work.
