About The Position

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is growing — and we’re looking for an Office / Production Manager who is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plumbing production team to ensure jobs are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently. This role serves as a key link between field teams and office departments, ensuring seamless communication, effective scheduling, and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

Previous experience in plumbing, HVAC, or home services operations preferred
Strong scheduling and dispatching experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/dispatching software

Responsibilities

Dispatch plumbing installation jobs and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
Create and manage daily and weekly schedules for service technicians and installers
Coordinate and lead team meetings to align priorities, communicate updates, and drive performance
Collaborate with permitting and parts departments to ensure all job requirements are in place prior to production
Work closely with office staff to maintain smooth workflow and resolve operational issues quickly
Track job status and proactively address delays or scheduling conflicts
Ensure accurate documentation and communication across all departments
Support continuous improvement of processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
