Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors with a pleasant attitude and respond to inquiries efficiently
  • Answer calls and messages and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Receive and sort mail, and handle package shipments and deliveries
  • Maintain office conditions and ensure common areas are neat and tidy
  • Support all office functions to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage property keys and maintain inventory/check-out logs
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and submit order requests as needed
  • Perform administrative duties such as faxing, emailing, and reserving conference rooms
  • Assist with the hiring and applicant screening process
  • Assist with planning and execution of company events
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by management
