Requirements
- Proficient in social media management, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Experienced in coordinating photography, videography, and listing marketing campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Skilled in CRM management, email marketing, and website updates.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and able to take initiative on marketing ideas.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content, including listing promotions, market updates, and brand-building posts.
- Prepare and execute listing launch campaigns across social media.
- Utilize PJ Morgan Real Estate marketing materials to make flyers, brochures, listing presentations, and open house collateral.
- Coordinate and execute photography, videography, and drone services for property listings.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
- Maintain CRM database accuracy and support lead follow-up campaigns.
- Create and deliver client pop-bys and gifts as part of client relationship efforts.
