We're looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Office Operations Manager to serve as the operational heart of our office. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day workplace operations, coordinate projects and initiatives, manage vendors and service providers, and ensure our employees have the support and resources they need to do their best work. You'll play a key role in creating a well-organized, efficient, and welcoming work environment while keeping multiple operational priorities moving forward. Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven experience managing day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to independently identify issues, take initiative, and drive solutions.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Excel, Monday, etc.)
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in high-tech and startup companies is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Create structure in a dynamic environment by bringing order, visibility, and accountability to ongoing operational activities.
  • Take ownership of office-wide initiatives, onboarding programs, and employee engagement efforts, driving projects from idea to execution.
  • Proactively identify needs, anticipate challenges, and ensure effective coordination and follow-through across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Oversee workplace operations, including vendor and service provider management, office maintenance, supplies, budgets, and employee events, ensuring a productive and well-functioning environment.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and implement operational best practices that support a scalable and effective work environment.
