About The Position

Vetio Animal Health is a rapidly growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) dedicated to animal health; we integrate product development with full-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing through a Quality-by-Design process. Our mission is to develop and manufacture products that improve the lives of animals, while ensuring the safety, quality and compliance of all our products to the highest of industry standards. This role is responsible for the internal support across multiple departments including operations, business development, logistics, lab and employee engagement. It is an ideal role for a person who can handle multiple priorities, is highly detailed, team oriented and is a positive contributor to support our team’s success.

Requirements

  • DEC or secondary education, with 3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or customer service operations
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and internal customer service skills
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Brings a strong sense of team building in all facets of your experience

Responsibilities

  • Fill and maintain customer business development data sheets including assisting in compiling data for quotes, building and populating templates
  • Assist in operation projects like pricing initiatives, market research and building presentations
  • Support facility-related coordination activities including photocopying documents, label printing, data entry into SAP and prepare documentation
  • Take on administrative projects around documentation, including archive management, project support and internal communication
  • Be part of the safety committee and help coordinate health & safety compliance activities, audit document and training coordination
  • Be the key reception of deliveries, vendor and client visits
  • Assist in logistics or packages, lab tests and general supply chain support
  • Lead the organization and execution of employee engagement events (summer and winter events, lunches, townhalls)
  • Manage office supplies (organization, procurement and budget management)
  • Onboarding and personnel logistics; prepare workstations, health check coordination and maintain training compliance records for reporting
  • Data entry and reporting: update trackers and produce routine reports or dashboards for operations and the leadership team
  • Ad-hoc support by assisting executive leadership with presentations, formatting documents and short project tasks
  • Participate and support continuous improvement activities and projects throughout operations when required
  • General office management tasks and additional responsibilities as required to support smooth office and service operations
