About The Position

The Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting providers, clinical staff, and patients by overseeing all front office operations and assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the clinic. This is a working manager position responsible for both performing and overseeing front office duties while helping create an exceptional patient experience. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling systems, and office technology
  • Must pass a pre employment drug screen and criminal background check

Nice To Haves

  • associate degree or higher preferred
  • Previous experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), primary care clinic, or community health setting preferred
  • Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
