About The Position

Lakeview Center provides comprehensive behavioral health care to adults and children with mental illnesses, drug and alcohol dependencies and intellectual disabilities. Across Northwest Florida, our services range from residential treatment to outpatient counseling, psychiatry, trauma care, treatments for substance misuse and 24/7 support for those with serious mental illnesses. Road to Recovery is a 46-bed residential substance misuse treatment program located on our main campus. The Office Manager will provide clerical support to program and staff and a broad range of specialized services to clients. This role will assist Road to Recovery clients and team members in the management of behavioral health through submission of timely utilization reports, clinical information to justify medical necessity for residential treatment. The position will also assist with day-to-day functions of units at the leader’s direction, monitor and maintain census needs, and inform all parties of insurance and documentation compliance. Additionally, the Office Manager will inform the team of billing and/or payment sources and the need to comply with each source requirement, and act as the facility coordinator for day-to-day needs of staff and program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Five (5) years clerical and/or related experience
  • Computer experience required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Must be able to work independently as a team member
  • Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
  • A Level II background screening is required

Responsibilities
