Beyond brand ownership, we operate as a full-service operating company offering: Contract manufacturing and coffee roasting, Global importing and sourcing, Private label program development, Branding and packaging services, Fulfillment operations, Logistics, climate-controlled warehousing, cold storage, and DSD (Direct Store Delivery). The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall functionality of our office/headquarters. This role will serve as the primary on-site point of contact, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming workplace environment. The Office Manager supports employees, customers, and visitors while coordinating office services, facilities, supplies, and administrative activities. The Office Manager will also be a part of and in support of the Customer Service team and functions. This newly created position is designed to support growth, operational efficiency, and a positive office experience. This position plays a critical role in establishing a smooth, professional, and welcoming environment in our new office. The Office Manager helps ensure that employees can focus on their work while customers and visitors experience our brand(s) at their best.
