Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience (not required to be specific to healthcare)
  • Proven comfort with managing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development
  • Availability to staff during office hours (open 6 days per week, with extended hours 5 days per week)
  • Pass a drug test before beginning employment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Supervise front and back office teams, and clinical support staff, managing staffing, scheduling, performance, and team development.
  • Manage front desk operations, patient scheduling, and work queues.
  • Monitor performance metrics including patient access, wait times, throughput, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance, documentation accuracy, and clinical support standards.
  • Support revenue cycle functions such as registration accuracy, insurance verification, referrals/authorizations, and point-of-service collections.
  • Oversee office workflows, supply and inventory management, and coordinate day-to-day facility needs.
  • Partner with providers and regional leadership to drive operational improvements, support growth initiatives, and maintain a consistent patient experience.
  • Manage competing priorities, solve problems proactively, and foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
