About The Position

The Office Manager role has a national salary range of $70,000 - $85,000. For roles within California the range is $77,000 - $95,000 and Washington is $81,000 - $95,000. Requirements

High school Diploma or equivalent, required
3+ years in a supervisory role, required

Responsibilities

Responsible for the management of the site, office, and administrative areas including mail, receptionist, building maintenance, vendor relationships (including security, cleaning, maintenance) and supply room, as applicable
Interview, hire, train and manage administrative staff
Procure office and vendor supplies
Act as liaison for business services including telephone company, landlord, janitorial service, security services, etc.; as applicable
Ensure administrative and staff equipment needs are met by recommending purchases and, if necessary, initiating appropriate paperwork
