About The Position

Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Business Manager to support daily operations for a growing home health organization serving the St. Louis community. This opportunity is ideal for a healthcare operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands home health workflows, and enjoys supporting both business growth and patient-centered care initiatives. The Office Manager / Business Manager will oversee office operations, support onboarding of new clients and referral partners, coordinate administrative workflows, and assist with operational and business development initiatives supporting continued organizational growth.

Requirements

  • Home Health experience required
  • Previous office management or healthcare administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • EMR and Microsoft Office experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office and administrative operations
  • Prospect and onboard new clients and business partners
  • Coordinate office workflow, scheduling, and communication
  • Support compliance and operational processes
  • Maintain professional relationships with staff, patients, and referral sources
