This position will provide office management and leadership to the administrative support staff of the Nemours Cardiac Center. The Office Manager will be responsible for supervising, managing and coordinating the duties, activities and work flow of the administrative support staff. The Office Manager will implement and monitor activities as appropriate and consistent with the goals of the Nemours Foundation. In addition, the Office Manager will provide administrative support to medical professionals within the Cardiac Center. This support includes organizing and executing the directives for these medical professionals and requires complex and independent decision-making skills. High performance is required to ensure all of the cardiac areas noted above are performed at a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
