About The Position

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of their Miami office. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on, multi-functional role that plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency across Finance, HR, and Administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, can wear many hats, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with office tools and systems
  • Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Spanish language proficiency
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and administrative practices
  • Experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing, payments, and expense tracking, and liaise with banking partners
  • Support recruitment processes, onboarding, payroll administration, and employee-related matters
  • Oversee office lease agreements, vendor relationships, and compliance with labor laws, insurance policies, permits, and company operations
  • Ensure office security systems and overall administrative operations run smoothly
  • Support sales and service teams with contracts, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing, and payments
