About The Position

The Office Manager at Marshall Orthopaedics is responsible for managing a team of secretaries who handle patient scheduling for all providers. This role also involves coordinating hospital credentialing, insurance enrollment, and other essential documents for new providers. The Office Manager oversees referral operations, works with financial and accounting systems, and completes clerical accounting transactions using Word and Excel. They will monitor and utilize a P-card and account transactions, process monthly travel expense reports, and ensure clinics are adequately stocked with office supplies. Additionally, the position maintains general clinical and secretarial support functions to ensure efficient operations and staffing. The Office Manager monitors patient care activities, maintains records for statistical information, and submits reports as requested. They will also handle patient and employee complaints, providing resolutions and addressing systemic issues. Serving on various committees and performing other assigned duties are also part of this role.

Requirements

  • Experience working in financial and accounting systems.
  • Proficiency in using Word and Excel for clerical accounting transactions.
