Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Strong Organizational & Communication Skills
  • Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License & Car Insurance
  • Comfortable Answering Phones & Handling Scheduling Adjustments
  • CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
  • Negative TB Test (2-step initially, 1-step annually)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Home Care, Healthcare, or Caregiving
  • CNA Certification or Equivalent Experience
  • Familiarity with Scheduling or Office Management Software

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Caregiver & Client Schedules - Manage and adjust schedules to ensure seamless coverage.
  • Support Caregivers & Clients - Serve as a point of contact for both, resolving issues as needed.
  • Oversee Compliance & Documentation - Maintain caregiver and client records, ensuring compliance.
  • Conduct Field Visits - Perform supervisory check-ins and assist with new client consultations.
  • Answer & Document Calls - Handle inquiries from clients, caregivers, and families.
  • Assist with Office Administration - Help maintain an organized, professional office environment.
  • Participate in On-Call Rotation - Provide after-hours support on a rotating basis.
