About The Position

We are looking for a sharp, organized individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our home care office in Boise. This role involves taking ownership of scheduling, handling intake calls, following up on leads, recruiting caregivers, and managing various other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, calm under pressure, possesses excellent communication skills, and is comfortable finding solutions. Experience in home care, healthcare, senior living, staffing, or high-volume service industries is a plus.
