About The Position

Westlake Dermatology is seeking a motivated, organized, and team-focused leader to serve as Office Manager for our San Antonio Alamos Height office. The schedule will be Monday-Friday and office hours are 8 am - 5 pm. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, supporting providers and staff, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who leads by example, fosters accountability, and maintains our high standards of service and clinical excellence. The Office Manager oversees the administrative and operational functions of the clinic, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and team performance. This role partners closely with providers and leadership to drive patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow efficiency
  • Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative team members
  • Manage staff scheduling, timekeeping, and performance accountability
  • Support onboarding and training of new hires
  • Maintain high standards for patient experience and service excellence
  • Monitor clinic KPIs, productivity, and operational metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with providers to support clinic flow and operational needs
  • Address and resolve patient or staff concerns professionally and promptly
