About The Position

The Office Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, handling duties such as invoice creation, data entry, material ordering, and time approval across multiple sites. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The position involves general familiarity with data, voice, and video technologies.

Requirements

  • Up to three years of related professional work experience
  • General familiarity with data, voice and video technologies
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years related work experience
  • Work experience using MS Office to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; ability to use other software programs to access company data and information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Access and Excel)
  • Develop proficiency in customer software tools (Warehouse Inventory and Order tracking, including Service Now and SharePoint)
  • Develop proficiency in software tools, including warehouse inventory and/or order tracking

  • Compiling and maintaining employees’ time records
  • Monitoring status of service requests and trouble tickets to purchase equipment
  • Tracking status through delivery to customer
  • Producing Weekly Status Reports
